The first column has a list of the Environmental Conditions that you must consider, lets look at each of these to help you understand each of these Conditions a little bit better: Note: this is my personal list that I am sharing with you for free. When I looked at these environmental conditions many years ago, no one could give me a definitive  

 

Outdoor Use:

 

> Incidental Contact with the enclosed equipment

Reduces the possibility of a person from accidentally touching energized or moving parts inside the enclosure, for example, A panelboard mounted in a garage has a cover so someone can't accidentally reach the energized bus bars.
